To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the returned item has been used, or if the original retail packaging on new factory sealed products has been broken, we consider the item as used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the current market value of the product.
