After we have received notification of your product return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form via email. Once your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) has been approved, please follow the steps in the email you have received from us to return your parcel to our warehouse. The RMA number is valid for 14 days from the receipt of this email. Your return must be received by us within this timescale or your claim may require reassessment. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
The RMA number must be clearly referenced on the packaging of the returned goods. Please remember to write "RETURN" on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. We strongly recommend that you return your goods with a tracking number. inewdeals.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the returned item has been used, or if the original retail packaging on new factory sealed products has been broken, we consider the item as used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion of the purchase amount will be refunded, depending on the current market value of the product. Once we have received the goods and approved the return request, we will refund the amount by prior agreement. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to inewdeals.com, unless the return is a result of our error.
